AWITA Member Fatoş Üstek has a new book Cascading Principles: Expansions within Geometry, Philosophy, and Interference , which brings together nearly 40 of Conrad Shawcross's mathematically inspired works from the past seventeen years. Rather than in a gallery, they are placed in the working environment of the practitioners of the subject that inspired them, namely mathematics.

For those who couldn’t make the launch, Fatoş and Conrad have left some signed copies at Hatchards Piccadilly.

The publication offers a platform for interdisciplinary dialogue, featuring complete lecture transcripts and original contributions from leading voices in physics, philosophy, mathematics, and art — among them are Sir Roger Penrose, Carlo Rovelli, Liliane Lijn, James Sparks, Martin Birdson, Marcus du Sautoy, Emma Kate Ridgway, Jon Keating, Maya B. Kronic, and Chrystal Cherniwchan.
