Women make up roughly 75 percent of workers in the art world, driving transformative change. Yet their contributions often go unseen and undervalued.
In partnership with AWITA, Artnet is launching a pivotal survey to uncover the realities of women's roles, salaries, benefits, and career advancement opportunities in the fine arts sector. Through first-hand insights and industry analysis, this initiative aims to spotlight challenges and opportunities, shaping a data-driven future for gender equity in the arts.
This survey will take approximately 10-12 minutes to complete. This survey is anonymous, and your responses will remain confidential.
