AWITA enjoyed a fireside chat with Kate Bryan who candidly shared the many “firsts” across her career. From being the first in her working class family to attend university, the first moment she realised art was her passion, the first artwork she bought, her first mistake and how she dealt with it to when she first realised the massive agency she has to drive change. With a burning mission to talk about and share art through her curation, writing and broadcasting activities Kate emphasized that valuing and looking after yourself is fundamental to being able to deliver at a high level.
