Tell us about a woman, well-known or not, whom you admire and why.
Frances Stracey, my Art History lecturer at UCL. A researcher who pioneered new thinking on activism in art and the boundaries between art and science, she was fiercely inspiring and made art exciting and full of possibilities.
Do you collect art?
When I have the capital, yes.
Who is the last artist who caught your eye?
Tough call, as there are so many, but to name a few, but most recently it has got to be the work of Isaac Lythgoe and Jack Burton.
If you were to give advice to your younger self, what would it be?
Only do what you enjoy, and stop it the moment you don't. There's no point putting up with bad situations for any longer than you have to.
Do you feel lucky to do what you do?
Everyday, I couldn't be in any other industry.
